My Plan
It’s my nature to hear all sides and make responsible decisions based on the facts—even the hard decisions.
I will focus on three primary areas of concern as your Representative from the 37th District:
- Attracting Quality Jobs to Rutherford County
- Limiting Government and Balancing Budgets
- Reducing Crime in Rutherford County Communities
As an African-American Republican, I want to represent the citizens of Rutherford County by bringing fresh ideas, common sense, and conservatism to Capitol Hill. I believe my story, perspective and vision are unique and will differentiate me from my Republican and Democratic competition.
As a conservative, I believe a smaller, more efficient state government benefits everyone—especially families and small businesses. I believe well educated children will help Rutherford County continue to lead the state in economic growth and quality of life. I believe enforcing immigrations laws such as e-verify, will provide a safe and prosperous Rutherford for our citizens and those that come here legally. And, I believe a more sovereign Tennessee, is a stronger Tennessee. Therefore, limiting our dependence on the Federal government will ensure that we are as self sufficient as possible.
